  • Specialized in rapid project mobilization and deployment of skilled resources for emergency issues, design, and implementation of small to large scale assurance requirements and advisory projects

  • Led global IFRS and SEC engagements with revenue ranging from $200M to over $40B in the industries of retail and consumer, oil and gas, transportation and logistics, utilities and mining, multiple PE-backed entities across multiple standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP)

  • Significant involvement in client equity and debt offerings, business combinations inclusive of public listing and reporting requirements, initial valuations and ongoing goodwill impairment analyses, share-based awards, restructuring, and global taxes

  • Non-audit experience in leading PwC’s latest data acquisition methods and tools, client acquisitions and systems implementations to include new SOX-compliant control plan implementations across multiple systems, leading a co-sourced internal audit team, and time spent driving our Lean efficiency initiatives

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience managing large teams on complex client projects from planning to completion 

  • Primary industry focus is within financial services clients, specifically hedge funds, private equity funds, and mutual funds, with experience in exotic and vanilla securities and derivatives and their valuation techniques, financial analysis and modeling(option-pricing models, probability weighted expected return, discounted cash flows, and market multiple methods)

  • Has a deep understanding of an array of fund structures including master-feeders, segregated portfolio companies, managed accounts, blocker corporations, multi-currency share classes, carried interest, and special purpose liquidity vehicles

  • Significant stakeholder management experience specifically with board and management presentation experience to include annual and quarterly requirements, fee negotiations, technical accounting and finance discussions, and coordination across foreign offices

  • Led global client service engagements for both private and listed clients with locations in Ireland, Japan, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Australia, Luxembourg, and the US with a focus on consolidations, equity method accounting, business combinations, valuations, internally and externally developed software, investment company accounting, and leasing standards.

  • Significant experience driving innovative process development and process improvement initiatives including large system implementations, SEC compliant controls plans, valuation policies and procedures, investor and key stakeholder reporting, optimal team structuring and talent strategy, and development of highly complex models.

  • Possesses thorough knowledge of private company valuations, financial modeling, profit sharing agreements, deal structuring, pro-formas and FP&A all with an extreme commitment to maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.

  • Was a key leader in implementing PwC’s digital and tech-enabled strategies, tools and processes including RPA, AI, and OCR to drive cost savings and increase margins across nationwide and international engagements.
